Swamp Spawn Near a Ship With Several Nearby Biomes

I found this seed randomly when I created a creative world to have some fun. It turned out to be interesting: the player spawns on a tree near a ship with 2 chests. The loot isn’t very good, but there is a treasure map leading to a chest underwater.

There is also a witch hut and a ruined portal nearby. Near the swamp there is a small taiga biome, a dark forest and a birch forest.
