This seed spawns you with a village to the South East a few blocks away. Directly beneath the village is Mineshaft with easy access by simply taking the waterfall in the ravine down to it.
Further South East of the village is a Ruined Portal. After going into the Nether from the Ruined Portal, there is a Nether Fortress directly West.
If you go North West from the portal there is a Bastion Remnant. If you continue North after finishing the Bastion Remnant, there is a second Bastion Remnant!
