In the first village you spawn into, there are 2 zombie spawners you can get to without even mining.

From there if you start heading to -x/+z you will see a pillager outpost & another village.

In that new village, there is an endportal right underneath it at 2816 26 180

If you go back to the first village and place a portal at 3027 70 94 to 3027 70 91 you will be brought right next to a nether fortress. Just head -x/-z
