Using this seed immediately spawns you on an island inhabited by Drowned Zombies.

There is also a multitude of treasure chests nearby as well, two of which are on the tiny island you spawn on. The rest are in the many underwater structures (that are directly in front of the spawn point).

Travelling to the right will bring you to an area that not only has a Desert Temple but a Village as well.

Farther ahead (shown in the screenshots) is a second Village.
