My bro found a seed that has some extreme hills by the spawn point. There is a tree on top of the hill at 7, 110, 50. There is some coal and iron right next to a ravine at -47, 36, 2. Lastly, there is a dungeon with a zombie spawner in it at -36, 36, -71. The 2 chests have a silk touch enchanted book, 3 redstone, 6 iron, 2 bread, 8 gunpowder and 2 buckets altogether.
