This seed has an ocean monument right next to spawn and it has good supplies for an island survival. There is also another ocean monument at x=23.8 z=-312. Beside that, there are ore rich island chains somewhere near spawn.

And because this seed is not good enough as it is, there is a witch hut at x=-1242 z=771. I have barely explored this seed so I’m sure there is much more potential to it. Have fun!
